This year marks Disciplina’s 10-year anniversary. In commemoration of this milestone, we have adopted a new logo.

This milestone has also been made possible by our partnership with investment managers, service providers and team members who share our passion for our clients’ mission combined with the pursuit of excellence to deliver investment solutions and performance comparable to billion-dollar plus institutions. Aside from our logo, nothing else about the firm has changed. Our team has endured a few more market cycles and learned a lot about the challenges of starting your own investment firm after managing the endowments at Vanderbilt and Emory University. Thanks to hard work and many great friends in the industry we are proud to have built a well-regarded OCIO (Outsourced Chief Investment Officer) firm with $2 billion in AUM (Assets Under Management) and a ten-year track record. We will continue to employ the same investment process that has allowed us to navigate several market cycles and protect client capital in a difficult year like 2022. Our team will also continue to deliver the same customized investment solutions, reporting and customer service that has led to 100% client retention over the past ten years.
